To return your Bindeez, download the form below and print it out. Fill in the appropriate details and send the form and your Bindeez to the reply paid address. This will not cost you anything to send. Your replacement may take between six and eight weeks to process.

Alternatively you can call 0395797377 and leave your name and phone number. Your details will be logged and a customer service attendant will call you within a few days to begin the return process with you.
