Moose has announced that from 7 August 2008 until 7 November 2008 it will offer new Beados product and bead replacements to all customers who purchased Bindeez products and beads. To obtain a Beados product replacement, customers are reminded to send back ALL Bindeez product components, including all made up designs, left over beads, templates, pens, sprayers and any other accessories within the pack. To receive a Beados bead replacement only customers are reminded to just send back made up designs and all left over Bindeez beads.

From 7 November 2008, Moose will continue to offer Beados bead replacements to all customers who still have Bindeez beads. Customers wishing to receive a Beados bead replacement during this time, must only send back made up designs and any left over Bindeez beads. Customers are reminded not to send back other Bindeez accessories including templates, pens and sprayer bottles for a Beados bead replacement.

How do I I return my Bindeez?
Visit the
returns page , download and print out the form and send it in with your Bindeez.  

What do I do if I think my child has put them in his/her mouth and they appear unwell?
You should see a doctor immediately.

What do I do if I think my child has put them in his/her mouth but he/she appears fine?
You should take your child to a doctor as soon as possible.

I don’t have my receipt anymore; can I still return my  Bindeez?
Yes you can, no proof of purchase is required, just the product.

What about the plastic bits that aren’t the beads – do I have send them back?
If you choose the bead replacement option you may keep plastic accessories and just return the beads.

My daughter loves them… do I really have to send them back? Do I have to send back her made up creations?
Yes. You must return all Bindeez Beads for replacement . This includes made up creations.

I don’t remember exactly what pack/product we bought, they are not in the packaging anymore?
Do you have access to the internet? The website
www.bindeezrecall.com is really helpful, and will clearly help you to identify your product.

Can I take this back to the toy store?
Just send the Bindeez Beads to us for replacement or send the full product for replacement.

Do I have to pay for postage?
No we have a free post address which means you don’t have to pay for any postage.

How long will the process take?
You should allow between 6 to 8 weeks.
