Product Designers
Working with a highly talented, creative and passionate team, the successful candidate would be involved in the progression of ideas to concept approval, and for the presentation of ideas to Management. This includes preparing the actual workings of a product, including; technical design issues, writing specifications, performing the model and off-tool review and providing games and selling features for the product.
A working knowledge of the following is essential:
- Tooling/moulding of hard goods
- Sewing/stitching
- Basic QA
- Printing processes
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Solidworks
- Ability to think creatively
- Basic model making skills
- Methodical and attentive to detail
- Understanding patents
Must hold a relevant tertiary qualification.
Illustrators
Moose is now seeking experienced Freelance Illustrators to produce highly creative and original illustrations for toy products and girl brands on a contract basis.
Illustrators must be able to work in a variety of drawing styles, have both traditional and electronic drawing skills, and the capacity to work 3 dimensionally (being able to produce orthographic turnaround views).
An ability to work to tight deadlines and produce clean artwork is also essential, as well as sound knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
Understanding of the print process is a bonus.
Graphic Designers
Do you have packaging experience?
Work with our in-house team to assist in the completion of high-quality, on-time design materials for product, packaging and marketing materials.
To Freelance at Moose, you will have preferably worked on children’s brands, and must be able to demonstrate strong conceptual flair and creativity. Packaging design, licensing & style guides experience is essential, along with finished art skills.
Must be able to work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
Experience on girl brands, photography or web design skills a bonus. Advanced Illustrator & Photoshop required.
Product Manager – Full time

Be responsible for developing toy brands and consumer products from concept to production. Mediate between management, our Hong Kong office, and the creative/product development team to produce consumer goods that are high quality, competitive and entertaining. Manage all aspects of production including timelines, marketing, strategy, and creative.
Excellent planning, time management and administrative skills are required for this role. In addition you will need strong negotiation and problem solving capabilities. An ability build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, Senior Managers and customers is needed, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams. A working knowledge of MS office suite also a must.
Brand or Product experience in one or more of the following industries would be highly regarded: toys, fashion, consumer goods, video games, magazines or newspapers.
